Strategy, Authenticity, and the Human Experience

I’ve always been fascinated by the space where logic meets emotion, where data-driven precision meets the messy, beautiful reality of human decision-making.

My path hasn’t been a straight line, and that’s the way life works. With a foundation in psychology and a lifelong connection to movement and the arts, I’ve spent my career exploring one core question: What actually moves people?

Today, I work as a strategic marketing leader, writer, and speaker. But at my core, I build systems that bridge the gap between what businesses want to say and what real people actually feel.

The Philosophy: Empathy as a Strategy

In digital marketing, we talk a lot about funnels, algorithms, and conversion metrics. But traditional funnels often ignore the human behind the click.

I believe empathy is marketing's real superpower.

Empathy isn’t just a feel-good word; it’s an analytical tool. When you deeply understand the emotional arc of your customer—their doubts, hopes, motivations, and unseen friction points—you can build high-converting, human-centered systems that guide them naturally from interest to action.

When you pair data with genuine emotional intelligence, marketing stops feeling transactional and starts creating lasting growth

The Work and Background

Over the past decade, I’ve led cross-functional creative teams, directed agency marketing services, and managed campaigns across B2B, government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors.

Beyond the Strategy

When I’m not breaking down marketing systems or writing essays on strategy and culture, you can usually find me:

  • In the Dance Studio: Choreographing and teaching movement, because creative expression keeps the strategic brain sharp.

  • In the Community: Volunteering time for local charities and organizations close to my heart.

  • At Home: Spending time in Maryland with my family, writing, and overthinking typography choices for my website.
